Kingsley Uranta

Kingsley Uranta, even though in his prime still, is a veteran broadcaster, producer and telejournalist. He has an ongoing four-year leadership as project manager and trainer for the BBC World Service Trust. He is currently an Assistant General Manager, operations, with the Channels Television Group where his oversight includes managing communications, partnerships and the Channels Academy in Abuja. He studied Linguistics and Communication Arts at the post-graduate level at the University of Port Harcourt. He was also the best television reporter of the year in 1996, according to the National Media Merit Award.
